Non-tangible irrevocable goods (“Digital products”)

Given the nature of a digital plan we are unable to offer any refund after your purchase has been completed. We will make every effort however to ensure that you are able to download and open the pdf file of the plan(s) you purchased. After your purchase you will be taken to a download page on our website plus you will immediately receive an email that includes links for download. We ask that you save a copy of your plan(s) on your own computer or device and have an external backup. If you do lose any of the pdf or text files associated with your purchase then please contact us and we will help you out.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Tangible Goods (ABS Plastic Molds & Parts)

For tangible items we offer a 30 day return and refund of the item price if the item is defective when you receive it and it has not been used. We will also accept returns for an unused item within 30 days. It is the buyers responsibility for return shipping and any costs associated with that return. A refund will be issued when the item is received in new condition in 7 days. Please ensure that you add insurance to any returns to cover possible loss or damage in shipping. In some cases, shipping companies will charge a brokerage fee to clear customs for imported items. It is the customers responsibility to pay any brokerage fees.

Coupons and Sales

From time to time we may offer discounts on products and/or shipping costs. These discounts may be in the form of a Coupon with a code that must be entered during the checkout (or other) screen to be able to redeem the offered discount. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the code at the time of sale to qualify for this discount. The discount cannot be applied or credited after the sale or after the promotion is finished. Prior to the completion of a sale feel free to contact us if there are any active promotions that you have not seen on our site or elsewhere.

Shipping Policy

Many people have asked if we ship paper copies of the plans. Unfortunately we do not. So our shipping policy is simple here, we only sell digital plans that you purchase, download, and print yourself.

For tangible items we offer several shipping option and delivery speeds at the checkout screen. We also apply a discount to reduce the shipping cost for the customer as items can be large and we don’t want that to deter a purchase. The shipping rate does not include any brokerage fees that the shipping company may collect to clear customs if that’s applicable. We currently ship with UPS and Canada Post. Rates will vary depending on the item and your location. As we understand it, orders under $800 fall into the de minimis category and are free of any duties.

We ship within 3 days of completing your order. If there is a delay we will contact you immediately. We accept returns for unopened and unused product within 30 days. It is the customers responsibility for return shipping fees and insurance. A refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return. All returns must be marked as a RETURNED ITEM and failure to do so may incur additional charges. Please contact us prior to any returns so we may offer guidance.

We will replace any defective product and insure the product for any damage during shipping. Please contact us immediately if your product is defective or damaged when you receive it.
