Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at MAN about TOOLS Ltd.

Non-tangible irrevocable goods (“Digital products”)

Given the nature of a digital plan we are unable to offer any refund after your purchase has been completed. We will make every effort however to ensure that you are able to download and open the pdf file of the plan(s) you purchased. After your purchase you will be taken to a download page on our website plus you will immediately receive an email that includes links for download.

We ask that you save a copy of your plan(s) on your own computer or device and have an external backup. If you do lose any of the pdf or text files associated with your purchase then please contact us and we will help you out.

Tangible Goods (ABS Plastic Molds & Parts)

For tangible items all sales are final. We will replace defective items within 7 days of receiving them. All shipments are fully insured for damage. We will replace any defective product and insure the product for any damage during shipping. Please take a photo of any damage and contact us immediately if your product is defective or damaged when you receive it.

Cancelled Orders

Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded the full amount minus a 3% fee. This will cover part of the transaction fee charged by our payment processor that is non-refundable. So, please check that your order is accurate and you have selected the items you want.


Shipping Policy

For tangible items (Molds) we offer several shipping option and delivery speeds at the checkout screen. The shipping rate does not include any brokerage fees, import fees, duty that the shipping company may collect to clear customs if that’s applicable. Any extra fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We currently ship with Postal Systems. As we understand it currently, orders under $800 fall into the de minimis category and are free of any duties in North America.

Undelivered Orders

Orders that are deemed undeliverable due to circumstances beyond our control such as incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses will be returned to us. We cannot be held responsible for how delivery services operate. They have the option of not delivering an order for any reason. Our orders are insured against loss or damage but some situations are beyond our control or responsibility. Couriers and Postal Systems will charge additional shipping and brokerage fees for these returns of undeliverable orders. In these cases, the buyer will bear these costs. You then have the option to dispute the issue directly with the delivery service. We will provide supporting information to assist you with this. Although this is a rare occurrence, it does happen.

Overseas Orders

Payment for overseas orders is by Wire Transfer only. Banking details will provided when we have received the order. Overseas orders are also not returnable and we will not be held responsible for loss or any additional costs involved once the order leaves our warehouse. Overseas orders will be insured against damage or loss. There may be additional fees, duties, or taxes payable when you receive your order. Although Postal Systems may provide a shipping cost to your address we cannot guarantee that they will be able to deliver it as this is beyond our control. When payment has been verified we will ship your order and provide tracking details.
