Thank you for shopping at MAN about TOOLS Ltd. Please review our policies regarding digital and physical products below.
1. Digital Products (Plans)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital plans are final. * Access: You will receive download links via email and on the order confirmation page immediately after purchase.
- Support: We recommend saving a backup of your files. If you encounter issues downloading or lose your files, please contact us for assistance.
2. Physical Goods (Molds & Parts)
All sales of physical items are final.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We will replace any item that is defective or damaged during transit.
- Reporting: You must contact us and provide a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. All shipments are fully insured.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before they have shipped will be refunded in full, minus a 3% transaction fee (to cover non-refundable payment processor costs).
4. Shipping & International Orders
- Customs & Fees: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
US Orders: Generally include duty, but may incur a brokerage fee (approx. $20 USD for most orders).
Overseas: Shipping rates do not include local taxes or customs fees.
- Overseas Payments: International orders must be paid via PayPal only. These orders are non-returnable.
- Undeliverable Orders: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or carrier issues, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping or brokerage fees incurred for the return and reshipment.
