Right now I am not taking on any plan modification projects. If you are looking to build a structure similar to one I have plans for but need it to be a different size, contact a local carpenter, designer, architect, or handyman in your area for guidance. There’s also many online resources to help you with beam sizes, load, and span tables. Thanks for understanding, I’m just a one man show.
